Accommodation:
Please make your arrangements for accommodation as you prefer. Here is a link to accommodation offered by the University: https://www.imperial.ac.uk/visit/summer-accommodation/
The Prince’s Gardens accommodation is quite OK. Otherwise you can find many local hotels via the usual websites etc.

Internet Access:
We offer Eduroam access, but can also happily arrange guest access for non-Eduroam users. Please email to Patrick Naylor your request as soon as possible.

Hospitality:
We are able to offer unlimited free coffee and access to the full range of catering on campus. When we planned the budget, we didn’t foresee and plan for this code camp. Therefore, we are not able to offer lunch and dinner for the participants, so it will be necessary that each participant claims their expenses from their own organisation’s budget. (There is still a chance that we may be able to invite everyone for a project dinner, but we cannot confirm this at the current time.)
